Laser technology is employed to continuously monitor material thickness. Any materials falling outside the specified gauge range are automatically rejected.

The machine includes a leveler to flatten and correct any cross or longitudinal bowing in the material. In cases where longitudinal bowing persists, the coil can be switched from under wind to over wind on the uncoiler.

Both sides of the material’s surface undergo thorough inspection, and any defective parts are automatically rejected. The machine can individually reject each flawed piece.

LED lights are used to detect pinholes as small as 1/1000th of an inch, which are often imperceptible to the naked eye.

The machine provides precise straight or scrolled shearing according to customer-defined lengths or tool specifications, with high accuracy (-0/+0.3mm) and excellent squareness. It operates at speeds of up to 150 sheets per minute or 125 meters per minute.

The system can segregate prime sheets from rejected ones without interrupting the production line.

Each bundle of sheets is automatically counted and stacked.

 Sheets are moved to a calibrated inspection table for dimension and squareness checks. Operators can also adjust flatness pressure and improve length and squareness directly from this station.

Stackers are equipped with air cushions to prevent surface scratches on the sheets. They also include sheet counting features.

This feature allows for the removal of edge defects and the adjustment of size according to customer specifications. Trimmings are automatically cut into small scrap pieces.
