Welcome to our Wire Division Facility!
Our expansive 4000 square meter wire processing center is located in Taloja MIDC, and boasts a robust monthly production capacity of 2000 metric tons. Our infrastructure is designed to meet your wire processing needs efficiently and effectively.
Processing Equipment:
Our pickling and phosphating coating plant is complemented by our Primary Effluent Treatment Plant, ensuring environmentally responsible operations.
A diverse range of 8 wire drawing machines, each with varying capacities, enabling us to cater to a wide spectrum of wire diameters.
Three 6-ton Batch Bell Annealing Furnaces, equipped with PLC controls and fueled by natural gas, provide precise temperature control for producing spheroidized annealed wires.
Our in-house laboratory is equipped with instruments for rigorous quality control and assurance. These include Universal Testing Machine (UTM), Microscope, Hardness Tester, Upset Testing Machine and Surface Inspection tools.
